6 miles on the JRP. Ran into RAD, Smooth, and Luz a few miles in. I knew they were starting at 7:30 but I did't have a lot of time and needed to start earlier.  So I started at my house and tried to time it so I'd catch them coming south as I was going north.  I didn't and figured they were running north instead, oh well.  Well they just got a late start and ended up catching up with me at willow park.  Wow that was a long boring explanation about nothing nobody even wants to hear.

So back to the run.  6 miles is the longest I've run since September and it felt great.  It was wonderful to run and be able to keep running for more than a half an hour and to run with friends even if I am only slightly faster than a turtle right now.
