I ran at about 4:45 in the evening and it seemed pretty warm out so I wore shorts and short sleeves.  It turned out to be a little cold for that but wasn't that bad.  My Garmin hic-upped again.  I think my average pace was around 8:12 to 8:14.  These afternoon runs are much more enjoyable than the 5am runs I was running.  It remains to be seen if I can get all the hours worked I would like.

Your miles and pace is picking up. You must be feeling better. Yeah, it was warm yesterday.

I just couldn't find the motivation to run at 5am when the weather is so much better in the afternoon. I was wimping out and skipping runs. It's easier in the summer because the weather is better for running at 5am.

Hey Scott, Yeah, my knee almost never bothers me on runs any more. I don't think it would handle the climbing you do on all your trail runs though. But I've never done any of that before anyway, but it does sound fun.

Sweet, plan on me. My RSS feed on your blog doesn't always refresh consistently. Its weird. All the other FRB blogs seem to.
