7 Mile on the JRP trail. Well, sort of. The gate just down from my house is surrounded by ankle deep mud. I'm not going that way. So I ran north through my neighborhood then by the pond and onto the trail. Then I turned south again. By the time I got to my gate I had ran 1.5 miles. Now my distance landmarks are all messed up. Anyway, good run. Still slow but more progress.

Do you know if the tunnel under main street is still flooded? I've been wanting to get some tempo runs in this week down there but don't want to have to turn around. Good run, keep progressing...

I haven't been up to see in over a week but the last time it flooded like this two years ago they didn't drain it until late spring. May I think. It was very frustrating. I skipped over to River Way/9800 West/Willow Park Road and crossed Main Street over there. (That's a lot of names for one road) Have I ever seen you out running? I run south on the trail then into south Saratoga Springs all the time.

I'm sure we have at least run by each other at some point. Depending on the snow storm, I was planning on running there tomorrow and don't want to have to go swimming if I can help it. Thanks...
