A run, imagine that. The layoff took its tole. 4 miles was not that easy and I felt the effects for most of the rest of the day. Crap. I'll get back into it. I'm not too worried about performance right now. Work stress and worrying about getting enough miles for Utah Valley stopped running from being fun. I'm itching to get going again now so I hope to be putting in some miles although it won't be for marathon training anytime soon. I just don't have the time.

Welcome back Chad. Get back to doing the runs that are fun and that you enjoy and forget about training for a race. That desire will come back at some point, but just get out and enjoy it for now.

nice to see you back, chad. running for fun (and when you want) is the best way to go right now. it should be a stress reliever rather than a stressor, and it's nice that you recognize that and are finding that balance.

Nice to see you out and about again! Get running when you can.

Running should be fun, so I hope you're back having fun and blogging about it again soon.

I'm back, sort of. Check my last post. I'm not off to a good start.
