Good run but I kept getting interrupted.  My shoe came untied, my ipod had to be restarted, and my dad called, and still it was a good time, at least compared to the last few months.  I've still got a long way to go.  My gate to the trail is still full of mud, sticky slimy mud.  I still have to run a 1/2 mile north to access the trail by the pond.  No big deal, it just suck on the way back when my house is right there and I still have 1.5 miles left.

Chad- glad your running is coming back better & better! I would be tempted to take the muddy path home instead of running another 1.5 miles.

Any race plans this spring/summer?

No race plans yet. It won't be anything grand when I do. I'm just too busy to put in the miles for a marathon this year.
