I decided that Friday was just a trial and that this morning is day 1 of P90X.  I don't remember the name of the stupid workout but it had an infinite number of push-ups and pull-ups.  Then you do it again.  Then comes the abs and core work.  I didn't push my self as hard as last Friday so I just feel wobbly and weak instead of sick.  I can deal with that, but I'm sure I'll be sore later.  I'm still sore in my legs from Friday's workout.

I've been reluctant to put this on the blog because that makes me kind of committed.  But if I can get through this then start cranking up the miles in January, I'll be good and ready for a good summer of running.  This P90X takes so much time that I don't know when I'll have time to run over the next 3 months.
