My mornings are going to be busy these next few days so I ran last night and I'll find another night soon too.  It seems nobody runs at night and it wasn't even that late.  There was no moon so I decided not to take the trail and get some light from street lights.  This one was the fastest I've had in quite a while.  I'm feeling pretty good.

Glad you're feeling good and no problems running. Sometimes a change of scenery is just the thing we need to give us the extra mojo to improve.

I think I'd feel safer running JRP in the dark during the early morning than in the evening. It's my firm belief that thugs sleep in late.

Thanks ladies. The health is good now, its just my motivation that abandoned me. I think you're right QP, but creepy noises and shadows on the trail don't care about morning or night. Maybe there is a Chupacabra by me too.

And allie, congrats again on the epic race at TOU. Nice job. You're an inspiration and provide motivation to all (although it didn't work for me this week).
