Chad's Runs

Failed to find time to run on Saturday.  It was busy and I wanted to sleep in.  Oh well.  So this morning I got out and it was real dark.  The trail is creepy when its this dark so I ran east on the road.  I felt heavy and pushed through and finished with a respectable time.  I hope I didn't push too hard so that tomorrows run is miserable.

6 miles including 4 1/2 mile repeats in the 7:45 pace range. There is slow progress but there is a long way to go to get back to were I was a year ago.

I wanted to get out on Wednesday or Thursday but it didn't happen.  But today was a good one highlighted by a bald eagle.  I tried to take a picture but it wasn't more than a spec, not enough zoom. I haven't run twelve for a while but it went well. The Thanksgiving point half was running and got in the way of my run. I should have raided an aid station.

Here is a crappy picture of the bald eagle. Its the black spec on the top of the tree. You'll just have to trust me.
