I was sick this week. I woke up Tuesday morning with a nasty sore throat. I stayed home but still worked. I felt good enough to work but I didn't want to spread it around. I felt fine later in the day so I got up early Wednesday and did another P90X workout. Arms and shoulders, I think. Then the Ab Ripper X. But later in the day I started feeling what I though was coming Tuesday afternoon, cough, congestion, etc. I slept in a little Thursday and skipped the Yoga. Then today, I did another P90X workout (legs and something else then the ab workout). I was going to run afterwards but got up too late and didn't have time. I'm pretty much sore everywhere. As I've said before, I only run. I ignore every other part of my body, and even my legs except for running. This needs to be done, but it sure will be tough. |
