7 Mile on the JRP trail. Well, sort of. The gate just down from my house is surrounded by ankle deep mud. I'm not going that way. So I ran north through my neighborhood then by the pond and onto the trail. Then I turned south again. By the time I got to my gate I had ran 1.5 miles. Now my distance landmarks are all messed up. Anyway, good run. Still slow but more progress.

I didn't feel good during this run. I was very slow. The plan was to run 10 but decided to cut it to 9 since I was so slow. Then at mile 7 I just didn't feel very good at all. I called my wife to come and get me. Oh well.
