Another surprise.  4 miles at 7:59 average, and this after a long run the day before!  Well 8 isn't very long but it felt like it all day yesterday.  I think the last time I had a run under an 8 minute pace was over 2 years ago.  I probably could have last year but I never ran short 4 milers.  I got 10 hours of sleep last night so maybe that's why I felt so good this morning.  Ran at 10:30 and the weather was cool, clear, and beautiful.  I layed down another best mile of the year at 7:38 on the last one.

 Oh, I almost forgot.  Good luck to all you TOUers this morning!

Ahhh, you did sleep in! I was half expecting to run into you, but we were early and you were late! :)

Nice job on the killer pace as well as the long run yesterday. I swear sleep is a magical thing. I need more of it.
