1.5 mile warm up and .5 mile cool down.  4 1/2 mile repeats in between.  Times - 3:35, 3:32, 3:31, 3:35.  I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get those speeds based on my last 3 runs.  I also didn't want to get up or set my alarm last night.  I pushed through and I'm glad I didn't.  I still haven't missed any miles.  I missed a run last week but made up for it  on my next two runs.  This is good for me because I always blow off 2 or so runs a week.  But that is usually during high mileage weeks.  I'm trying to stick with it.

Keep grinding Chad and it will all come together. How's your knee?

It's mostly my patella and/or tendon. It's annoying the first mile then it goes away. I feel it every time I go up and down stairs. It isn't getting any better but it isn't getting worse. It isn't inhibiting in anyway so I'm just going to go with it until something happens. It sounds like I'm complaining but I'm not. I'm just going with it.

Good luck this weekend!

Nice work Chad! I have my final yasso workout with the group tomorrow and I hope I can match your paces :)

You are doing an awesome job hanging tough through all of this and doing a nice slow build up. You'll be back at it and rockin' those long races soon!

Thanks everyone for your encouraging words. I'm hoping to run the Halloween Half if all goes well.
