1.5 mile warm up then 4 .5 mile repeats.  3:35, 3:30, 3:28, 3:32.  .5 mile cool down.  4:30am again.  I thought I would be useless yesterday after running at 4:20am yesterday but I felt good.  Work required another early start so therefore another early one.  I hope it doesn't catch up to me.
