5 miles at 5am on the JRP.  I don't know the average pace because my Garmin hic-upped again.  Only this time it gave me distance instead of taking it away.  The first mile was a "faster than expected 9:10."  Foul play was confirmed when the Garmin read 2.58 at the normal 2.50 mile mark.  The last mile I was running at or around 8:00.  Suddenly the mile ended several hundred yards short and the mile time read 7:02.  No chance did I run it that fast.  I hope this thing gets better so I don't have to buy a new one.

On another note I actually saw runners this morning, two of them.  It was a little weird.

wow...and they weren't trying to get to a wedding? :)

Nice job on the run and staying consistent and speedy despite your Garmin's best efforts to distract you.
