Didn't feel sluggish this morning. I felt really good. 4 miles at 8:29 pace. It's the fastest I've run since TOU last September. I tried to get my last mile under 8 but I didn't quite make it (8:06). Some of my speed is starting to come back. No I have to wait for my knee, and the rest of me for that matter, to get strong enough to run 4 or 5 days a week and 10 miles a day. |
