Felt better on this run than the one last Wednesday. Knee felt better, pace felt better. I was encouraged. Of course I felt this way a month ago then started doing too much and set myself back 2 weeks. I'm still going to run just 8 miles a week for a few more weeks then work up from there. A month ago I was planning on running a 1/2 this fall. I don't think that is going to happen now. I'll plan on a full next spring. |
