Felt really good this morning.  Started out with a slow 10 minute mile but the others where all under 9:00.  I haven't done that in a while.  The second mile was the one I didn't get under and it just over.  It would have been under but I ran into a 100 yard swarm of gnats.  The swarm just wouldn't end so after several bugs in the mouth I stopped to spit and turn around.  It was not pretty.  I'm not going to run the south end of the JRP at dawn any more.

Thanks Allie. And how about your bounce-back. FROM A STRESS FRACTURE! Amazing.

OH, indeed the JRP is not great this time of year!! Darn bugs. I always wonder if my face will look like a windshield when I finish.

Nice miles and paces!
