I had hit all scheduled runs and mileage in August until yesterday.  I got sick.  Crap.  Still not all the way back today but I did go to work.  I plan on running tomorrow and Saturday.  If I run a pair of 6s I'll still get my weekly mileage in.  I'll have to convince my wife that I'm completely better.  She's convinced that running will probably make me sick again.  I think it will do the opposite, but there will be no convincing her.  She's cute that way.

I'll put my vote in on your side. It will help, but just don't push yourself and take it easy. I'll be on the parkway Saturday if you want some company :)

There's a good chance I'll be in Wyoming on Saturday. If I'm not I'll let you know.

It is good to have a cute wife! I am on the fence about the sick, depends on what kind of sick!!!

Good luck with getting the 6's in, AND feel better!!!!

sorry you are sick. don't worry too much about the missed runs, just get back into the routine as soon as you feel healthy. a few missed days certainly won't derail all the great running you put in last month.

I feel like I'm over it. My wife is more worried about a relapse, where I think getting out and being active (within reason) will help recovery and prevent a relapse.

RAD - I'm staying in town. When are you hitting the trail?

We are meeting at 6 and I believe heading South first. Now that the tunnel is open it's almost 12 down and back and that is what Toby is doing.
