Rest day, no running. Spin class, 1 hour swim, total body work out, p90x plyo, yoga, jujitsu, zumba, and sweatin' to the oldies. I feel very rested.

NICE rest day! Although rest from running. It doesn't look like much rest to me! AWESOME spin, swim, total body...wowser! Glad you felt rested. I would collapsed in a heap after spin class! :) I assume you didn't get up at 4:00 to get all that done, did you? :)

OK Smooth, I have to confess. I lied. The only exercise I have done today is to lift my extremely heavy Five Guys burger from the table to my mouth.
