4 not as slow as Monday but still pretty slow miles. It takes a while to get warmed up when getting up at 4:45 and running at 5:00 and I started out too fast which wiped me out for the rest of the run. Oh well. Average Pace 9:25.

My neighbor has an adorable downs girl and looks about the same age as yours. She is a firecracker - never stops, always running, always playing, always smiling. You should post more pictures of your daughter.
